bankofamericaprotest: I'm protesting against Bank of America, former employee for 21 years. I was medical discriminated, tortured by the attorneys that left me on the streets selling my story. I had surgery on my knee and legs, the manager forced me to work standing, my medical notes were not accepted. I filed a lawsuit in NJ; the judge recognized emotional damages and ordered a final pretrial on July 23, 2012. The lawyers asked to a Superior judge to rule in favor of them, on July 2, 2012 my case was closed without having a chance to see the new judge. Tuve cirugías de rodilla y piernas y el gerente me obligó a trabajar de pie, mis notas médicas no fueron aceptadas. Presenté una demanda en NJ el juez reconoció daños emocionales y ordenó un juicio final el 23 de julio 2012. Los abogados pidieron a un juez Superior fallar a su favor y 21 días antes mi caso fue cerrado sin conocer el nuevo juez, engañaron a la corte para hacer perder mi nuevo trabajo.
